As one of today’s leading automobile artists Brian has brought over 30 years experience in the world of art and illustration to a series of Art Deco inspired paintings.
Brian’s paintings capture all the atmosphere and feel of a bye gone age, whether it be a 1930s racing circuit paddock, or 1940s snow ball fight.
A lifelong interest in 1920-30s Art Deco architecture, industrial design and especially graphics have formed the foundation of Brian’s work. The railway posters of that era have always held a particular fascination. More than anything they capture the zeitgeist of the period, and form the main influence of his work.
Brian’s passion for cars has led to commissions from corporate clients such as BMW, Salon Prive and The Bedford Estates, as well as numerous private collectors.
